TERMS
Big O Inc agrees to deliver heating oil at the address indicated above on an automatic delivery basis to be calculated using a degree day system unless otherwise manually agreed to. The price per gallon will be determined by the current market rate and all customers will be responsible for payment upon delivery. A credit card is required to be kept on file for all automatic customers and will be used for payment for all deliveries unless other arrangements are made with Big O Inc. Because all automatic customers will receive the daily COD/credit card price, if the credit card is declined, a surcharge of up to $.20 per gallon may be charged after 10 days of nonpayment. In the event that you run out of fuel, Big O Inc will make an emergency delivery, restart/prime furnace free of charge and deduct $50 from the total delivery.
Big O Inc is responsible for the delivery of heating oil to the indicated fill location designated by you. You agree that neither Big O Inc nor its employees shall be liable for any damages resulting from leaks or for the failure of the receiving tank or associated piping. You must notify Big O Inc in writing of any alterations of the receiving tank or any associated piping. Failure to notify shall relieve Big O Inc of any liability resulting from damages from a spill or leaks.
You agree to excuse Big O Inc for nonperformance under this contract to the extent that such failure to perform is due to an uncontrollable force. Uncontrollable forces may be, but are not limited to; unusually severe weather conditions, acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, failure of public utilities, or supply constraints imposed by our suppliers.
This contract will remain in effect until you notify Big O Inc in writing of your intent to cancel. This notification must be received in writing 30 days prior to your requested cancellation date.
Big O Inc reserves the right to refuse delivery due to an outstanding balance on your account.
After you fill out the form, someone from our office will contact you to obtain credit/debit card information to complete your application.
